I’m Javier Romo. I help business owners make more money with Google Ads.
You work with me directly. No junior media buyer, no account-manager handoff, no layers between strategy and execution. I have managed more than $50M in Google Ads spend over six years, and I personally handle the strategy, the paid acquisition, the tracking, the optimization, and the growth. The person who audits your account is the person who runs it.

Brands I’ve worked with
One channel, done properly: Google Ads.
Search, Performance Max, Shopping, YouTube, Demand Gen, Display, and Microsoft Ads when it earns its place. I do not spread myself thin across every platform, because the money is in doing one thing better than the agencies trying to do all of them at once.
Strategy that follows the margin
Budget, bidding, and campaign structure built around what actually makes you money, product margin and customer lifetime value, not clicks and not impressions.
Tracking you can trust
GA4, Google Tag Manager, and call tracking wired so Smart Bidding optimizes toward revenue, and so you can actually see which campaign produced the sale.
Reporting a founder can read
Weekly and monthly numbers in Looker Studio, translated into plain language and a clear next move, instead of a wall of metrics you have to decode yourself.
Two kinds of businesses, two playbooks.
The mechanics of Google Ads are the same everywhere. What changes is how the customer buys. I keep a separate playbook for each so neither gets a watered-down version of the other.
Contractors
Roofing, siding, hardscape, and pool builders who need the phone ringing with homeowners ready to buy, not shared leads sold four times over. Campaigns, landing pages, and call tracking built to book jobs.

Fragrance, apparel, home security, and other DTC brands who need new customers, not just the ones already typing their name. Nonbrand search, feed and Shopping, and tracking that optimizes toward revenue.

Six years and more than $50M in managed Google Ads spend, across ecommerce, DTC, and home services, on accounts from ten thousand a month to a portfolio worth two and a half million.
Google Ads and Microsoft Ads for a portfolio of ecommerce and lead-generation clients across fragrance, apparel, and home services. Strategy, structure, tracking, and reporting, all done personally.
The full Google Ads account for a national home security brand across brand, nonbrand, Demand Gen, Performance Max, YouTube, and Shopping. Partnered with the President on conversion rate optimization and landing page rebuilds.
Promoted twice in three years, from Media Buyer to Associate Director. Managed a $2.5M monthly portfolio across ecommerce, B2B, and local services, led a team of four, and helped develop the internal Google Ads audit and QA processes. Scaled one account from roughly $10K to $150K a month while holding efficiency targets.
Worked on YouTube and video campaigns for brands including Starbucks, Southwest, Honda, and Kraft Heinz, and handled pixel, tag, and creative QA before launch.
The foundation for how I think about spend: every dollar has a job, and the account exists to return more than it costs.
Plain English, and your budget treated like mine.
The way I run an account is the same way I would want mine run: honestly, in the open, and pointed at the number that actually matters.
I tell you the truth
Even when it costs me the deal. If Google Ads is the wrong move for you right now, I will say so on the first call instead of taking your money to find out.
You own everything
Every account, page, and tracking setup lives in your name from day one. No lock-in and no minimum term. If I stop earning it, you leave and take all of it with you.
One channel, done properly
I go deep on Google Ads instead of spreading thin across platforms I would only be average at. You get a specialist, not a generalist juggling five dashboards.
You talk to me
Not a setter, not a junior, not an account manager reading a script. The person auditing your account is the person answering your emails.
Tell me what you sell and what is stuck.
Send me a line about your business and where the numbers are stalling. If I can help, I will tell you how. If I cannot, I will tell you that too, and point you somewhere better.
